Orders and shipping

After your payment is confirmed you will receive email including a link to website where you can check order details and track its progress. If you didn’t get the email, please contact us at hello@powercanvas.com with your order number. We will reach you and send all the information you need.

We can modify your order unless it’s already shipped. Contact us at hello@powercanvas.com and we will try to help you. Keep in mind that under normal conditions we send the package in 6-10 days, so your time is limited.

For now, you cannot do it. If you run your own shop and wish to sell Power Canvas products, please reach us at hello@powercanvas.com

Currently, we ship to all the countries in European Union. Full list of countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Finland, Greece, Spain, Netherlands, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Germany, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Hungary, Italy and Great Britain.

Price depends on shipping country and method:

Poland:

  • Paczkomaty inPost 1-3 days, 3 euro
  • UPS 1-2 days, 4 euro

European Union

  • Courier 2-3 days, 5-20 euro - price depends on shippimg country

Yes, free shipping is offered for all orders over 100 euro.

Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a shipment notification email with tracking information. Keep in mind that the tracking information might appear delayed.

Product

All our products are being produced in our workshop in Cracow (Poland). This way, we can upkeep high quality standards and provide good working conditions to all our employees.

Yes, products are made of special fabric with light fibers, which provide good ventilation and keep the skin dry. Read more about our product on discover page.

The method we use for printing provides durability of our colors. The prints will stay sharp regardless of washing or sun exposure.

Payments

You can pay with PayPal or Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express cards.

Make sure that all details you entered are correct and there are sufficient funds on your card to pay for the order. If the problem keeps emerging, please contact us at hello@powercanvas.com. We’ll do our best to help you.

Exchanges and returns

You can return your order within 14 days from delivery day. Products must have an unbroken seal and cannot have any traces of use.

Right after we get the t-shirt back we will return the money within seven to ten days.
