We charge a deposit for samples, which will be refunded 100% if the samples are returned to us within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

The deposit for each sample equals the price of the product at the lowest price tier. The estimated deposit amount is visible in the form after selecting products.

If the selected product combinations are in stock, we ship them immediately. If not available in stock, production may take about 10 business days.

You have 14 days from receiving the shipment to return the samples. After returning them within this period, the deposit will be fully refunded.
